The stunning Crystal Renn, is at it again; this time posing for Zac Posen's Pre-Fall 2011 collection. Despite the lastest controversy over her size (aren't we over that yet?!), she still rocks the fashion world, with the same confidence. Lanvin for H&M Lookbook

I am in love with the pink ruffled dress, it is divine! Looking at this collection, I love all the details, the colours, and textures. Bravo, Lanvin, bravo! The line will be launched November 20th 2010.

Who : 'Full Figured Fashionista' (F3)

About : 'F3' is a women's plus-size clothing line created by fashion stylists, turned designers Shuchi and Anjula Sharma. The F3 brand ranges from sizes 12 to 24, and focuses on providing it's clientele with garments that are fashionable, comfortable, and youthful. Shuchi and Anjula have designed their collection using fabrics that flatter the plus-size figure, compliments curvy silhouettes, and styles that are fashion-forward.

Shuchi and Anjula have collaborated with other plus-size companies and started producing & creatively directing photo-shoots to help build portfolios for models sizes 12 and up. They've also worked alongside plus-size divisions modelling agencies, such as Wilhelmina Models and Model Service Agency.  Shuci and Anjula have found their niche in designing for women that demand plus-size clothing that is edgy and on trend.

Can you say 'fabulous'!? Crystal Renn looks stunning, in her editorial for Avant Garde Magazine. Crystal just keeps getting better, she has truly grown as a model, I think it's safe to say, we can only expect bigger and brighter things from her. 'Lanvin for H&M' : Leaked Preview!

How fierce is this picture?! A preview image from the 'Lanvin for H&M' collection has been released, and it's surpassed what I expected! The complete collection of images will be released in November, which include 30 pieces and 15 accessories for women. While there be 25 pieces and 10 accessories for men. I'm loving the one-shouldered puff dress, the textures, and especially the tuxedo jacket. I can't wait to see the rest of the collection! November, hurry up and get here!

Jean Paul Gaultier, I adore you....

It remains to be seen, whether Jean Paul Gaultier used Beth Ditto and plus-models Crystal Renn & Marquita Pring as gimmicks or as true diversity, that the fashion industry desperately needs...

But nonetheless, I'm happy to see Beth Ditto strut her stuff on the runway, she is someone I can relate to, because I am her size, so gimmicks or not Jean Paul Gaultier gets thumbs up from me.

Victoria Beckham has "Zero" Tolerance...

It has been reported that Victoria Beckham, has banned size 0 models from modelling her clothes, for NYFW. The former Spice Girl singer, has her own clothing line and is said to want "healthy and realistic-looking" models to portray a positive image for her younger fans. The UK newspaper, the Daily Mirror quotes a source saying:


"Victoria takes her role as a figure in the public eye very seriously, and is well aware that young girls look up to her. This is why she gets so angry when people claim she doesn't eat properly - she does."

Personally, I think it's great that Victoria has decided to use models above a size 0, slowly but surely fashion is beginning to have a broader and healthier perspective, when it comes on to models.

But it would mean nothing without a woman or girl ♫! I couldn't resist, that was a little bit of James Brown to kick-start the weekend lmao, any way moving on....


It's all about business. This season is all about  menswear-inspired suits and outerwear attire. Tailored suits, structured outerwear, and fitted outfits are key looks for autumn. Antonio Berardi, opted for a tailored dress that emphasised the female silhouette, whereas Dolce & Gabbana true to form, offered a sexy twist on this trend. Balmain, went for a seventies revival with the leg-lengthening, over-shoe flared trouser and pinstriped suit. Chloé, Michael Kors, and Marc Jacobs kept it fairly simple with shades of grey and tailored layering's.
