I first came across this video in 2007. I was 15, and at this time I was beginning to accept myself. I was looking for someone who would inspire me, alas I found Crystal Renn. I first saw Crystal when she began modelling for Simply Be, she was featured in the Anna Scholz collection, and I was blown away by her sheer beauty. So I began to search for anything I could find on Crystal, then one day, I found a video of her, and her message was the same as it is today, love your curves!

Now, before you say :
"Crystal isn't plus-size!!"
I am aware of that, that doesn't change the fact that, I admire for who she is, and not her size. Yes, she's lost a considerable amount of weight, but she is still a fierce model! How can we, as the 'plus-size community', judge Crystal, because she's lost weight? Aren't we asking people not to judge us about our weight? (just a thought)
Plus-size or not, she is one of my favorite models of all time and always will be.

I agree: plus size should not be something to limit us. We have that name because society has a size zero. She's is still beautiful, + sized or not.
I totally agree, I must say I did have the attitude of shes not plus, BUT she has had major food battles, and her weight shouldn't define her, she's beautiful anyway xx
She's gorgeous no matter what size she is! I feel bad for her - she has been getting so much heat lately.
